Worked comparison or conversion

Converting record 49798: the source value is 1875 kg. The exact definition is 1 lb = 0.45359237 kg, so 1875 / 0.45359237 = 4133.667 lb. After rounding, this displays as about 4134 lb. The source figure, 1875 kg, should always appear next to the converted display. The pound value is only a presentation aid and does not replace the recorded value.

Round only at the display step. The stored value remains 1875 kg, and the pound figure is derived from it each time it is shown. A common mistake is to treat the rounded display as data. Converting it back gives 4134 lb × 0.45359237 = 1875.151 kg, which no longer matches the record. The same rule applies to any conversion: calculate from the source number with the exact factor, then round once.

Missing values and scope

Maximum clearance is empty (null) in all six records, so it is shown as Not provided. It is never shown as zero, and it is never copied from minimum clearance.
